DMCA & Takedown Policy

We respect IP rights
cutegames is a directory that embeds HTML5 games licensed via third-party publishers (primarily GameMonetize and GameDistribution). We do not host game files, but we recognize that mistakes happen — a game may have been licensed to a publisher in error, or a cover image may have been used without proper authorization. We respond to valid takedown requests promptly.
How to submit a takedown notice
If you are the copyright owner (or an authorized agent of the owner) of material that appears on cutegames and you believe it is being used without authorization, please send a notice to support@cutegames.net with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” and the following information:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed (game title, cover image, etc.).
- The exact URL(s) on cutegames where the allegedly infringing material is located (e.g.
https://cutegames.net/g/<slug>). - A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Upon receipt of a complete notice, we typically remove the disputed game from cutegames within 48 hours pending investigation. If your claim concerns the underlying game itself (rather than just our listing), we will also notify the upstream publisher so they can review their licensing chain.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice using the same email address. Include the URL of the removed material, your contact info, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringer policy
Where the same upstream publisher repeatedly distributes infringing material, we may suspend all games sourced from that publisher pending review of their licensing chain.
