Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to play games on cutegames?
No. cutegames does not have user accounts. Click any game and it loads instantly in your browser. Favorites and play history are stored only in your own browser via localStorage — nothing is sent to our servers.
Are the games on cutegames free?
Yes, 100% free to play. The games are embedded from licensed third-party publishers (primarily GameMonetize and GameDistribution) who monetize via the in-game ads built into each title. We do not charge for play, downloads, or any premium tier.
Are the games safe for kids?
We curate cutegames toward family-friendly, kawaii / cute themes — no violence, no edgy content, no questionable language. Every game is reviewed before listing. That said, embedded games may contain in-game ads from third-party networks; supervision for very young players (under 8) is still recommended.
Do the games work on mobile?
Most games on cutegames work on mobile browsers, but some embedded titles were originally designed for desktop and may have small touch-control issues. The cutegames site itself is fully responsive across phone, tablet, and desktop.
Why does a game sometimes show a black or blank screen?
When a game fails to load, the most common cause is a temporary issue at the upstream publisher (the iframe source). Try refreshing the page first. If the game stays broken for more than a day, email us at support@cutegames.net — we will replace it with a hand-vetted spare.
How do you choose which games to add?
Every game passes four checks before we list it: (1) visual — kawaii / cute aesthetic, no edgy themes; (2) gameplay — enjoyable in under 5 minutes with optional depth; (3) iframe-embeddable — must load reliably inside our wrapper; (4) family-friendly — no questionable content. Read more on our About page.
Can I suggest a game?
Yes — email support@cutegames.net with the title and (if you have it) a source link. We vet every suggestion against the four curation checks. We can't add everything, but we read everything.
Do you make these games?
No. cutegames is a directory, not a game studio. Each game has its own developer / publisher; we just curate and embed. Game art, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
How does cutegames handle my data?
cutegames itself does not collect personal information. We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated traffic statistics (no ad targeting on our end). Favorites and play history live in your browser's localStorage only. Embedded games may collect data per their own privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for full details.
My favorite game disappeared from the directory. What happened?
A few reasons this happens: (1) the publisher took the game down — we remove broken embeds within a day or two; (2) we received a takedown notice — see our DMCA policy; (3) the game stopped meeting our family-friendly standard. If you want it back, email us — sometimes we can find a working alternative.
Can I report a copyright concern or request a takedown?
Yes. See our DMCA & Takedown Policy for the exact procedure and the information we need in your notice. We respond to valid takedown requests typically within 48 hours.
Where can I report a bug or broken game?
Email support@cutegames.net with the game name and a brief description of what's wrong (broken iframe, weird visual glitch, inappropriate content, etc.). Screenshots help. We read every email.
